Orders received before 2:00PM PST Monday to Friday are usually sent out that same day unless an item is out of stock. Although D.A.E.C. Inc. attempts to ship all orders as quickly as possible, it may take a few days to ship your order out if it is a special order item. Please advise us immediately if your order is time sensitive, and must ship on a specific date.

Order cancellation may subject to processing fees depending on the order preparation status. D.A.E.C. Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order or issue a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) for any merchandise that is advertised in error, that does not conform to advertising specifications or was shipped by mistake.
